A Tribunal, generally, is any person or institution having an authority to judge, adjudicate on, or to determine claims or disputes.
Being
conversant with administration of Tribunals, employment litigation issues such
as unlawful termination or discrimination of any kind will be strongly
protected in either Central or State Tribunals.Also take up cases with the
Labour Court. Being conversant with environment laws would represent your cases
with the National Green Tribunal.Being from the Defence Services represent in
Armed Forces Tribunal.
